Don't forget to bring in your signed Red Rocks forms to class Monday and Tuesday. Red Rocks staff will be in class Monday and Tuesday to pick up all forms. Make sure that you have completed all the paperwork and acquired parent signatures where needed. This is the only time that Red Rocks staff will be at Lakewood to pick up forms. If you don't bring them to class Monday or Tuesday, you will have to go to Red Rocks and sign up up for the credit there on your own.
The Puzzle Cube Project is due by the end of class on Thursday, Oct 6. This means that everything except the 3D printing of your cube must be complete and in your portfolio, which should be shared with me. Make sure that you include pictures of your cube and a detail analysis of your process.
Those of you that have not shared your portfolio yet will find that you have a zero in the grade book. They were to be submitted by end of day Friday. Those should be submitted by Monday, 9-19, if you would like your grade to reflect that on this six weeks report card. The same goes for those that need to make up the measuring test.
The new Design & Prototype list is live! I have uploaded it to the NASA HUNCH documents page. It is listed under the Design & Prototype heading. Make sure you look at the 2016-17 document. Start reading through the topics and thinking about which ones you might be interested in working on.
Everyone in the ITE classes should have logins created for OnShape and GrabCAD. I also want everyone to come with the name of a field of engineering that interests them and an idea of what type of work that they do.
Anyone interested in joining the BEST Robotics Team needs to go to the BEST Robotics page on my website and complete and submit the signup form by the end of the day on Wednesday, August, 24, 2016
